Abstract

The article provides an analysis of problematic situation of eco-technological security, demands to the scientific providing of a system security. It highlights basic notions and principles of credible knowledge and points out methodological basis of the creation of universal parametric systems of eco-technological monitoring. The article consists of two parts. Here is the first one.
