Abstract

The article contains the fundamental ideas of natural-scientific and humanitarian basis of noospheric education. This Russian system of education is based on the world scientific, psychological and pedagogical heritage and aimed at global transition way to sustainable development by mechanisms of upgrading genetic determinate mind of a person.
