Abstract

The theoretical basis of the construction of mathematical models for assessing the position (state) of different countries of the world is considered in the article. The ultimate goal of the proposed project is to link the sustainability of development, social power and the complex power of the countries of the world with possible measures (capacity, strength, potential, mobility) expressed in the language of universal spatiotemporal values (LT-values).
