Abstract

We offer a new direction of research: work with verbal and nonverbal knowledge within ergatic networks and physical-anthropic-technical systems. This work provides a symbiosis of a man with an artificial and natural environment, and effective communication between people. We introduce the basic concepts and wording. The basic architecture of physical-anthropic-technical systems is presented.

Abstract

The article describes an example of using benchmarking as a tool for assessing the sustainable development of territories. The results of the analysis of some methods (approaches) of measuring sustainable development have shown that the most scientifically grounded method is the International School of Sustainable Development P.G. Kuznetsova. Country leaders are established in terms of the quantitative values of indicators of sustainable development. By the example of Russia and China, the results of the lag in the basic and additional indicators of sustainable development from the leaders countries are presented.

Abstract

In this article has been analyzed the main existing approaches to assessing the education quality of higher education in the Russian Federation, noted their fundamental shortcomings that run counter to the goals in the field of education for sustainable development of the world UN, that suggested in General Assembly resolution №70/1 of 25.09.2015 «Transformation of our world: the Agenda for sustainable development for the period up to 2030». Authors offered the technique that had been taken into account an assessment of involvement of employers in educational process of higher education institution. There described the possibility of involving employers and public experts into education quality assessment of high school, that gives every university. The method can be used to assess the education quality of both Russian and foreign universities, as it is formed in a common concept with the objectives 4, 8, 9, 16 of the above UN General Assembly resolution No. 70/1 of 25.09.2015 and does not contradict to international law.

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the practice of implementing digital vision projects by regional project teams of digitalization, presents the identified problems in decision support in the implementation of regional digitalization projects, and highlights the features of the approach of regional teams to the choice of methods of managing digitalization projects. Generalizing conclusions and proposals are formulated.
