Abstract

The article considers the rules and procedures of regional sustainable innovative development at different levels of control objects (country, federal district, region, city) based on universal design principles of sustainable development of the Scientific school of sustainable development, including the calculation of the current state, the calculation of the required (target) state, the calculation of problems, planning and control of goal achievement. The article was written as a part of the RFBR project № 12-06-00286-а.
