Abstract

The importance of the institutes of science, education and upbringing is determined in the process of forming the system of personality values and, as a result, in ensuring the quality of life of each subject of society, in achieving sustainable development of states in the Earth’s biosphere. The conflict between the technosphere and the biosphere actualizes not only the issues of reducing the quality of life of the majority of people living on the planet, but also aggravates the problems of life safety and human health, poses obstacles to the reproduction of future generations, and the requirement to create an expert monitoring system is put on the global agenda. security, crisis-free development of civilization in nature.
