Abstract
The planning of environmental projects represents multicriteria problems, which could be effectively solved using methods of multicriteria decision analysis and optimization. The conventional set of tasks to be resolved in the refrigeration industry for phasing out the consumption of ODS is under consideration. Since there is no unique method for the solution of all multicriteria problems, the set of criteria is described to facilitate a selection of an appropriate method.  The combination of Analytical Hierarchy Process and multicriteria mathematical programming methods are suggested to be used for finding the best acceptable decision. The examples of models for Goal programming and ε-constrains methods based on the UN indicators of sustainable development and generalized architecture of decision support system are presented in the paper.
