SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT: the UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLE OF the SYNTHESIS OF NATURAL, TECHNICAL AND SOCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Abstract
In the present article the world outlook and the theoretical base of  the  synthesis of natural, technical and social knowledge on the basis of the universal laws of  nature are discussed. The essence of the system of the universal laws of  nature is stated. For the first time the universal principle of the synthesis of diversified natural, technical and social concepts on the basis of the system of LT-indexes (LT-synthesis principle) is formulated. The possibilities of its application in physics, chemistry, biology, ecology, technology, economy, sociology are considered. The work is performed on the grant of the Russian fund of fundamental research №07-06-00209-а.
