Abstract

The article shows how the system of generation and transmission of electricity can be represented in the form of a network model using the tensor method of dual networks in order to increase the efficiency of control of this system. One of the options for applying the proposed model — ventilation systems at mining enterprises — is highlighted.

Abstract

The article provides a methodology for assessing the consequences of disasters of various genesis (natural, man-made), and also discusses the possibility of managing the consequences of these disasters in order to achieve sustainable development of the Arctic territories. A review of current Arctic development strategies adopted by various countries is given. The concept of disaster safety level index (DSLI) is introduced in relation to the problem under consideration. The conceptual plan for achieving sustainable development of the Arctic in the long term is presented.

Abstract

This article describes intermediate results of the research held by the team of authors, aimed to building an empirically reliable model of consumer behavior, in order to forecast and manage some socio-economical systems of different types. To achieve the aim neural-network modelling software is applied (DataBase Deductor Academic), and also clusterization methods, macroprogramming and standard logical functions in MS Excel are used. Up to the moment the test version of the model is built, its formalization and learning algorithm of the model are presented in order to achieve the best empirical credibility.

Abstract

The article sets out approaches to the study of time as a resource of historical social development. The concept of social time is studied on the basis of P.G. Kuznetsov law of historical development. Statistical calculations are given of changes in the share of necessary and free time over the past 120 years, which objectively prove the effect of the law of time saving in the history of Russia.

Abstract

The article provides an element-by-element description of the fundamentals of the theory of innovation management and the design of sustainable innovative development in terms of universal values. The author’s definition of a system and a system of sustainable development is introduced. The basic concepts of the theory and basic parameters of the state of sustainable development systems are presented: potential, real and missed opportunity, potential, real need, problem as the difference between need and opportunity. Special concepts of the theory are introduced – an intellectual opportunity as the ability of a system to change the capacity of a system by changing the efficiency of resource use and planning quality, intellectual capital as an accumulated intellectual ability, etc. Innovation management is defined as managing intellectual capabilities or changes in system power. The factors affecting the quality of innovation management are highlighted; factors are presented in terms of theory in a formalized form.

The architectonics of constructing artificial intelligence is described as a predictive scenario for the optimal design of its architecture and role in the emerging socio-economic relations.
