In the article the methodology of a unique electronic lamps’ designing is generalized. The efficient of the lamps is more than 76% with the use of simulated mathematical modeling the parameter of what is perveance. Perveance is an electronic flow’s parameter its intensity measure and a construction’s parameter, at the same time. Carrying out the model of managing of homonymously charged flows on socially-economic processes by means of the model of Gabriel Kron generalized machine is done. The concept of social generalized machine and social perveance in interests of a sustainable development is used.
