Abstract

To reduce the risk of emergencies, we should at least know the law of development of human society on the planet, to know the rhythm changes in the conditions of life on Earth, allowing to predict and to know the cause of natural disasters. We live in space, flying a spaceship Land, and therefore subordinated to the main cosmic law – the law of preservation of life, as life is a universal form of existence of the Universe.
