FORMALIZED LANGUAGE OF DESCRIPTION OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROCESSES AND INNOVATIONS FOR DESIGNING SUSTAINABLE INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The article provides an element-by-element description of the fundamentals of the theory of innovation management and the design of sustainable innovative development in terms of universal values. The author’s definition of a system and a system of sustainable development is introduced. The basic concepts of the theory and basic parameters of the state of sustainable development systems are presented: potential, real and missed opportunity, potential, real need, problem as the difference between need and opportunity. Special concepts of the theory are introduced – an intellectual opportunity as the ability of a system to change the capacity of a system by changing the efficiency of resource use and planning quality, intellectual capital as an accumulated intellectual ability, etc. Innovation management is defined as managing intellectual capabilities or changes in system power. The factors affecting the quality of innovation management are highlighted; factors are presented in terms of theory in a formalized form.
