Abstract

This article provides an overview of the criteria for the effectiveness of management in scientific and industrial organizations. The authors explore various approaches to determining the effectiveness of management. Special attention is paid to the methods that can be used to improve the efficiency of management in scientific and industrial organizations. Using the example of the pharmaceutical research and production organization Pfizer, it is demonstrated how the successful management of these criteria contributes to achieving goals, optimizing processes and resources, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the organization.
