PERSONAL QUALITIES OF PARTICIPANTS IN INNOVATION ACTIVITIES

Abstract

In the modern world, innovation activities are becoming a key element of successful development of companies and society as a whole. Understanding and managing these processes requires not only technical and organizational skills, but also special attention to the personal qualities of participants in innovation activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the key qualities of personality involved in the implementation of innovation projects. In the course of the study, a theoretical review of research in the field of innovation management, comparative analysis of current statistical data were conducted. An important aspect of the work is the analysis of practical experience of successful cases confirming the importance of personal qualities in the context of innovative development. Based on the results obtained, personal qualities of participants of innovation activities such as entrepreneurial spirit, creative thinking, strategic vision, etc. were identified. The obtained results allow us to develop an effective strategy for the development of innovation both at the stage of innovation cycles and in this area in general.
