Abstract

This article examines the aspects of managing the activities of scientific and industrial organizations (NGOs). Scientific and production organizations play a key role in the development of society, combining scientific research with production activities. For effective NGO management, parameters covering strategic development, resource optimization, innovation, product quality, human resources management, marketing and sales, environmental and social responsibility, financial management, stakeholder management, and effective use of human capital are important. The article emphasizes the importance of a systematic approach and the application of modern management methods to ensure the sustainability and successful development of NGOs in modern conditions.
