Abstract

The article presents an approach to the analysis of sustainable development of socio-economic systems using the parameters of social time and power. The criteria for social time and energy efficiency were formalized, which allowed us to create a matrix of scenarios for the development of socio-economic systems with 9 options for changing the situation. Development modeling was carried out on the example of the socio-economic system of Russia from 2000 to 2017. The study of methods for managing the budget of social time and its impact on the development of socio-economic systems is a promising area of scientific and applied research, and also provides the opportunity to develop a model for managing the sustainable development of socio-economic systems.

Abstract

In crisis conditions many economic entities that jointly operate in separate geographically localized markets may lose confidence in the traditional currencies used due to inflationary effects, reduced money supply turnover, high exchange rate volatility, etc. Such processes worsen the market position of many economic entities (both small and large businesses), reduce their financial stability and thus undermine the overall state of local markets. As one of the preventive measures to neutralize and overcome these difficulties local authorities, the business community and the population themselves can introduce their own monetary unit in the form of alternative currencies (AC), geographically identified as local and regional currencies (LC, RC).

Abstract

This short review is devoted to the analysis of software products and tools using GIS technology. As human activity shows, GIS technologies are used very actively in statistics, in the tasks of forecasting, monitoring the territory, etc. The costs, monetary and mental, for the sale of products in this industry are high. Therefore, it is very important that the finished product itself not only performs the necessary actions, but also is convenient. The tool also plays an important role. From a correctly posed task, it turns out which tool is needed. In addition, from a competent study of the product’s functionality, and the development of user interaction scenarios with it, it depends on how often the product needs to be modernized, and how often customers will use it. The review will show what criteria are used to evaluate the development of products with GIS technologies. In addition, according to these criteria, in the future to determine the tools. It was examined such a product as a statistical information resource, where the question of the convenience of using the product is not so often addressed. There are many data on the world in various industries, and it is very important to provide the user with the opportunity to correctly manage them according to the task. Moreover, it is important to formulate product requirements. For the tasks will be to not only identify and display the information itself, but also further reporting and presentation.
