Abstract

The paper presents the results of an analytical review of global trends in production and implementation of energy-saving technologies. It promotes a comprehensive analysis of prospects for energy development on the basis of exploitation of highly renewable energy sources. Conceptual justification for the practical implementation of accelerated economic regional development is a paradigm of sustainable development of the noosphere as a theoretically sound basis for a comprehensive new environmentally friendly civilization. It is shown that new energy can actually stimulate the development of the regional economy of the Crimea.

KEYWORDS: renewable energy, regional economy, integrated regional development, geo-ecological risks, optimal energy sustainability of the region.

RESEARCH OF MULTIDIMENSIONAL SPACE-TIME AND EVOLUTION OF THE REAL WORLD: LT-APPROACH (RESEARCH PROGRAM)

Bolshakov Boris Evgenievich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, full member of RANS, head of Sustainable Innovative Development Department of Institute of Systems Analysis and Management at the International University of Nature, Society and Man “Dubna”, head of International scientific school of sustainable development named after P.G. Kuznetsov

Kukov Vladimir Ivanovich, corresponding member of International academy of ecological safety and environmental use

Kursakin Sergey Ivanovich, senior lecturer of the Sustainable Innovative Development Department (the International University of Nature, Society and Man “Dubna”), member of the International Academy of Ecological Security and Environmental Management

Abstract

The proposed research program is the result of the work of a large research group at the International Scientific School of Sustainable Development named after P.G. Kuznetsov, united by the understanding of a great importance of LT-approach for modern science and practice; this approach is based on the generalized LT-system of R. Bartini & P.G. Kuznetsov, which lies at the foundation of all spatiotemporal structures of our Universe. The program aims to bring together scientists and researchers who are interested in the development of theoretical issues of sustainable development and implementation of LT-approach for reorganization of all spheres of human life in the face of global challenges, risks and threats.

KEYWORDS: research program, LT system of Bartini & Kuznetsov, LT-approach, LT-theory, spatiotemporal LT-coordinate system, multidimensional steady evolution of nature, systemic reorganization of all spheres of society.

RUSSIA, NEW ENERGY AND SPACE

Sukhonos Sergei Ivanovich, Candidate of Engineering, director of “RusAtlant”, coordinator of innovative movement “Avantgarde”

Abstract

The article describes the logic of the global evolution of life and humanity, based on a phased (3+1 phase) development of life phase space and the development of large-scale floors, ranging from viruses and ending with the Dyson sphere. The latest trend is to increase the size of the strict periodicity of living systems in increments of 105. It is shown that both trends determine the logical inevitability of humanity’s expansion to outer space and the development of the solar space. A new kind of energy can be mastered only after the creation of a new type of society, based on the harmonious union of all civilizations as a planetary community. The author predicts that the main creative force for this new type of society would be Russia. This conclusion is based on the geographical location of Russian civilization and its tradition of synthesis of various societies into one harmonious whole.

KEYWORDS: stages of biosphere and human expansion into phase spaces, plasma, new kind of energy, space exploration, new social formation, Russian civilization.
