GAME AS A METHOD OF CONTRADICTIONS HARMONIZING IN ORDER TO TURN THEM INTO A DRIVING FORCE OF DEVELOPMENT. PART 2: INTERACTIONS BETWEEN GAME PARTICIPANTS AND IBG INVARIANT

Popov Eugene Borisovich, post-graduate student of Sustainable Innovative Development Department at the International University of Nature, Society & Man “Dubna”, member of the International Scientific School of Sustainable Development named after P.G. Kuznetsov

Gumanovskaya Julia Vladimirovna, master student of Psychology Department at the International University of Nature, Society & Man “Dubna”

Abstract

The article clarifies the distinction between “contradiction” and “conflict” notions (proposed in its first part) based on conflictological works of P.G. Kuznetsov, L. Kriesberg, J.W. Burton et al. It reviews the options of monitoring the achievement of interdisciplinary business game (IBG) remote sub-goal — formation of a new way of thinking among its participants. In addition, the article proposes IBG invariant in LT-dimension — as a basis for constructing a system of parameters for evaluation of the IBG process and results, as well as a foundation for the model of in-game interactions between its participants.

KEYWORDS: contradiction, conflict, goals and needs of society members, interdisciplinary business game (IBG), interactions between IBG participants, formation of a new way of thinking, IBG invariant.

Abstract

The article describes basis metrics and principles of network management model for sustainable innovative development of production systems based on universal measures. The authors propose the approach that allows: to carry out the analysis of production systems, planning, organization and control of the object state using universal system measures — units of power; to diagnose the current state of the management system and the production system in general, and to develop planning and organizational decisions in accordance with the functions and needs of the production system to ensure its sustainable development.

KEYWORDS: sustainable development, production system, network model, projecting, universal measure.

THE SUSTAINABILITY OF POLDERS IN A CHANGING CLIMATE

Samsonnikov Vadim Valeryevich, Master of Ecology, Junior Scientist at ANO Scientific-Research and Development Institute “Cadastеr”

Abstract

The subject of this paper is sustainable development (SD) of polder systems in a changing climate in different scenarios of socio-economic development. Scenario analysis of polder systems was based on the analysis of best practices of polders development in foreign countries. There are three approaches to increasing the resilience of polder systems in the terms of environmental engineering: (1) improving the reliability of structures without changes of the management of natural resources; (2) strengthening only the cost-effective facilities and rejection of others; (3) changing the type of natural resource management.

KEYWORDS: polders, adaptation, climate change, sustainable development.

Kashenkov Yuri Seraphimovich, Ph.D. in Engineering sciences, Associate Professor, Head of Department «Hydraulic Engineering and Road Construction» in Yaroslavl State Technical University

Abstract

The problem of development of state education service is unsolvable without using of sustainable development (SD) concept. That is why the development of university education master course should be performed in context of global process of engineering education for sustainable development (EfSD). This means there must be modification in quality of curricula and syllabi, elevation of competence of academic teaching staff, strengthening relationships with employees; the legacy of P.G. Kuznetsov should become very important feature of EfSD. This paper contain the evaluation of first experience of master course «Environmental Engineering and Water Conservation», this Engineering Education program is oriented on SD.

OUTLINES OF SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION OF NOOSPHERIC SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY DURING THE SPECIAL PERIOD OF COUNTRY AND THE WORLD LIFE

Bolshakov Boris Evgenievich, Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, full member of RANS, head of Sustainable Innovative Development Department of Institute of Systems Analysis and Management at the International University of Nature, Society and Man “Dubna”, head of International scientific school of sustainable development named after P.G. Kuznetsov

Abstract

The article is devoted to the outstanding Russian scientist P.G. Kuznetsov; many of his ideas, along with thoughts of K.E. Tsiolkovsky, V.I. Vernadsky and many other great scientists, underlie the noosphere development strategy. Its implementation is essential to our country in a complicated state of modern world. In the 80s P.G. Kuznetsov was the Chairman of the Interagency MIC Council of the Presidium of the USSR Council of Ministers, which “developed large-scale systems in terms of physical quantities”; it essentially means he was the scientific director responsible for development of the management system for the country during the Special Period. Since then, many years have passed, but the problem persists. The article was written as a part of RFBR project №12-06-00286-а.

KEYWORDS: noosphere, noosphere sustainable development, complex of systems for a special period, training systems, breakthrough systems and technologies, ideal LT-technologies.
