Abstract

The article is based on the report made at VI Civilization forum during “RIO+20” World Summit (June 2012). Description of the complex is structured by the following clusters of breakthrough technologies: governance ideology, noospheric governance worldview, policy of noospheric governance, science and education of noospheric governance, social sphere, ecology, organization of investments for noospheric governance of sustainable innovative development (“RA-MERA” project). The article was written as a part of RFBR project № 12-06-00286-а.

Abstract

The article provides the author’s vision of the prerequisites, the causes and consequences of the current global crisis, and proposes a way out of it, based on the conscious collective participation of civilization in the continuous evolutional harmonization (author’s term “harmogenesis”) of integrated “nature – society – man” system. To realize this plan the author proposes the creation of a unified cross-disciplinary evolutionary developed model and the knowledge base of civilization in the form of a network-centric dynamic hypergraph.

Abstract:

The article is based on the scientific report by O.L. Kuznetsov and B.E. Bolshakov at the General Meeting of Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (December 6, 2012). The scientific report caused a great interest, and many scientists suggested to open discussion in the press on this subject. The article reveals the natural-scientific and humanitarian mechanisms of global crisis and noospheric paradigm of transition to sustainable development on the basis of world scientific heritage and, first of all, fundamental ideas of outstanding thinkers and scientists of the Russian scientific school or Russian cosmism. The article was written as a part of the RFBR project № 12-06-00286-a.

Abstract

This article was prepared as the development of the ideas proclaimed in the scientific report by O.L. Kuznetsov and B.E. Bolshakov [1] at the General Meeting of RANS (December 6, 2012). The article describes the author’s vision of the global systemic crisis (GSС) as a hypergraph [2]. It describes the transition to sustainable development based on high-hume technologies [3]. The article also shows the key role of education as an engine of human civilization and describes tools for improving its efficiency.

Abstract

The article considers actual questions of the global systemic multidimensional crisis. It shows that rapid transition to sustainable innovative development is needed to maintain the development of society in collaboration with the environment in the long term protection from crises considering negative internal and external factors. It also reveals the role of Kazakhstan and its President N.A. Nazarbayev in development of a global strategy for the transition to sustainable  and innovative energetic and environmental development. The article analyzes the results of recent research conducted by Russian Scientific School of Sustainable Development. The authors concluded that currently Scientific School of Sustainable Development of the University “Dubna” is one of the world leaders in the development of a strategy for transition to sustainable innovative development. The main initiatives of the Kazakh National al-Farabi University are being overviewed. The article also shows specific steps to develop practical tools for personnel training in the field of sustainable development based on cooperation between two scientific schools.
