Abstract

A change in the dominant technological mode (TS) occurs every 30–40 years. Each such change is preceded by a technological and economic crisis. The change in technical specifications is the result of waves of basic innovations. Such innovations include the use of additive technologies. Additive Manufacturing is a layer-by-layer build-up and synthesis of objects. The essence of additive technologies is the layer-by-layer construction (synthesis) of products – models, forms, master models, and so on by fixing the layers of the model material and their sequential connection to each other in various ways: sintering, fusion, gluing, polymerization – depending on the nuances of a particular technology . In other words, additive technologies involve the formation of a part by successively “building up” the material layer by layer. Additive technologies have great potential to reduce energy costs for the creation of a wide variety of products.

KEYWORDS: additive technologies, result of intellectual activity (RIA), consortium, human-centeredness, pedagogical and information technologies (PIT), structural code of imagination (SEC), SEC-matrix, convergent network interaction model (CMC), IP lab sidechain.

DEVELOPMENT OF A DATABASE FOR SOLVING THE WASTE AND SECONDARY RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROBLEMS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE RUSSIAN ARCTIC ZONE

Bykov Maxim Andreevich, Dubna State University, Department of Geoinformation Systems and Technologies, Institute of Systems Analysis and Management

Abstract

The work is aimed at creating a full-fledged database that includes information about enterprises for the processing of recyclable materials, enterprises that produce recyclable materials and facilities for the placement of industrial and domestic waste in the Arctic zones of Russia. Based on the above database, a geoportal is being implemented that displays and tracks these objects in order to solve the problems of logistics and waste management and secondary springs in the Arctic regions. Geoportal will provide information about the producers of the product (recycled materials), information about the product (hazard class, category, processed raw materials), which will help to establish logistics and a gradual transition to waste-free production.

KEYWORDS: waste, recyclables, recyclables producers, waste classification, waste hazard class, database, relationship, prototype, monitoring, foreign practice.

Abstract

To overcome the challenges of changing requirements that exist not only in the field of software development, but also in new product development projects, Agile practices and tools are of great value. Despite the growing popularity of agile methodologies, the world today lacks the necessary amount of information and specialists with expertise in the effective use of Agile. In this regard, the problem arises of determining approaches that will allow organizations to maximize the effectiveness of using Agile.

KEYWORDS: software, waterfall model, Agile methodology.

Abstract

The selection and decision-making process for the most effective computer control system is new to most domestic managers, and its consequences will largely have a significant impact on the enterprise for several years. The use of an integrated information system that could meet the requirements of the enterprise (scale, business specifics, etc.) would allow the manager to minimize costs and increase the efficiency of managing the enterprise as a whole. The paper considers such issues as the history of the development of digital technologies, the main problems of implementation and adaptation, analysis of approaches and practices for introducing digital technologies in the process from production to commissioning of industrial equipment.

KEYWORDS: enterprise management, decision support systems, industrial equipment.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to improve the methodology for ranking of regions based on the use of indicators of population differentiation by income. To quantify the stratification of the population by income, various indicators are used: decile and quintile coefficients, Gini coefficient, Kuznets coefficient, Hoover coefficient, Palma index, etc. However, all these indicators only partially characterize the degree of stratification of the population by income. The study uses an approach in which all employees in the region, ranked by salary, are divided into two or three groups in the proportions of 40-50-10, 40-40-20 or 50-50. The method of piecewise linear approximation of table data is used to construct the Lorentz functions. It is established that in the federal subjects of the Russian Federation, the share of funds received by the middle group of employees, divided in the proportion of 40-50-10, lies in the range from 48% to 56%: the Palma hypothesis is not valid for all subjects. It is also found that the Gini index in 8 federal subjects of the Russian Federation is higher than 35, and it is higher than 40 in Moscow only. A promising approach to solving the problem is to use some new indicators of population differentiation by income, reflecting structural inequality. The research was carried out with the support of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR project No. 19-010-00921 A “Differentiation of monetary incomes of the population of Russia: analysis of the dynamics of indicators based on the use of methods of computational mathematics”).
